The service is amazing. Tried the cinnamon roll; was a bit too chewy for me. My wife said the cinnamon French toast was “good” not great. Comparable portion to price with Laskos. Smaller portions but less $$ Will try again!

As a Auburn local I had to check out the newest spot in town Off rip, the parking isn't the best. Get your parallel park on suggestion park on the side, listed below is a picture. There is a small lot in the back as well. This amazing, beautiful, old building turned into a restaurant is perfection the atmosphere is one of a kind. As pictures show absolutely gorgeous in the inside. PLENTY of steating w a lounge area on the side for more chill dining The service was good. As they are a new operation so be patient Specialize coffees, breakfast((which y'all know is my fav, served all day)) and lunch options. Baked goodies. HOMEMADE BREAD...whaaaat... Everything looked delicious !! And was. The breakfast hit the spot. And the bread was so good you'd wanna bought a loaf !!! So spot in to this new cool hip restaurant!! It's a must see and must try ⭐

We will absolutely be back. On a Sunday We typed into Google "Breakfast near me" while in Midland and found Risers in Auburn. The parking lot was full so we thought it'd be a wait. We were greeted and sat right away. Our server came over to get our drink order quickly and answered questions about the menu. She was friendly and attentive. Our food was DELICIOUS. It came quickly and was cooked to perfection. The French fries were nice and crisp but my sandwich was the real star. I requested my egg scrambled (it comes with over easy)and bacon on basically a grilled cheese with Italian bread. It was so good!

Update 10 Aug 2024: Updated to five stars Why: perfectly grilled french toast. Perfectly. Friendly, fast service. Food delivered nice and hot. The service is now five stars to complete the trifecta. Original post: The place was BUSY! Congratulations to the team at Risers. Food is delicious, served hot. Service was a bit iffy on this, a first visit. Server took a long time to check back with us and not enough times for the length of time we were there. I fully expect this will get better as things settle into a rhythm (they've been open a week or two). The space is fantastic with art painted by one of the owners. One negative is the very narrow bar stools at the tall tables. The regular tables have regular seats. So, there is a choice to be had, but only if it's not busy. I look forward to eating here again and updating everything to five stars!

Risers is normally a breakfast/lunch stop. For Lent in 2026, Friday they will be open for a Fish Dinner, 3 pieces of Cod, Fries, Cole slaw, Cornbread and a soft drink. $20. Good Friday is the last Friday they will be open until 8pm. After 3pm, only Fish is available. We enjoyed it.

Autumn and Ashley’s service super friendly. Omelet was very well seasoned!! Have listed in menu no need to add even. Pancakes were excellent! Cinnamon butter while dark was well flavored. Loved the coffee options and whole or oat milk options. Very clean and cute atmosphere. Way to remodel the long time building at the corner of “historical” Auburn!
